Quality Time

I was able to get some photos of my mother reading a book with my daughter when she was down to visit. The journaling says it best: Mom wanted to fly down to visit just because: no parties, no agenda, just an opportunity to hang out with the girls. I'm so glad she was able to do that. Life's not about parties and fanfare... it's about quality time. I recently inherited several packages of doilies from my grandmother. I wanted to incorporate one into a "heritage" layout because they are more than 50 years old and I wanted to have them as part of our memories.
