Our Love Shines

Title: Our Love Shines *This layout was actually created with the prompting of a Freestyle Challenge. I had never really "played" with Freestyle before! But really enjoyed "playing". ~ The background of my picture, I brushed with pink (Delta acrylic paint) with a fan brush. Then sprayed it with Elmer's Spray Adhesive and then sprinkled glitter. (you can't really tell) ~ The hearts at the bottom are also painted using a heart stencil and then wrote different love characteristics in them. ~ At the bottom of the page, I made polka dots using silver puffy paint.

Supplies: CARDSTOCK: Making memories and Bazzil PAPER: Daisy D's designs and S.E.I. LETTERS: American Craft, Making Memories BRADS: Making Memories INK: Delta Paint, American Craft Galaxy Marker RIBBON: Some May arts, other Misc. FLOWERS: Heidi Swapp

I love this picture taken of my husband and I. So, I wanted to capture the moment by using a fun and freestyle design. For the background of the picture I brushed Delta acrylic paint with a fan brush using fast strokes starting from the inner part of the where the picture would be then towards the outer part. To give it a "Shine" look, I sprayed Elmer's Spray Adhesive all over the paint work, then sprinkled iridescent glitter. I then adhered the picture on top. The hearts at the bottom are sponged with acrylic paint as well and a heart stencil. I also used silver puffy paint to make a dotted border along the bottom of the layout. I had some fun with my American Crafts pen in Milky Way White. I used it to make a dotted border along our bodies in the picture, around the sponged hearts and in the title letters "our". It was also used to make the swirls and the wavy lines and a little added journaling.

Journaling: Faith, Hope and Love but the greatest of these is LOVE. 1 Cor 13:13
