Some of my favorite 601 layouts
As the editor of 601 Great Scrapbook Ideas I had plenty of opportunities to look at all the artwork. With so many great contributions and loads of different styles to choose from, it’s difficult to pick my favorite! Here are two of the many that caught my eye in Chapter 4: More Than Prince Charming:  ScooterBy Wendy Inman I
love a good graphic layout, like Wendy’s. The bold colors, used in a
simple way, make for a lively page that plays up the layout’s theme.
Plus, I like the way blue strip brings movement to the page and
draws the eye into the photos.
Attention Keeper
By Becky Novacek  As a girly girl, I have amassed a collection of floral patterned paper and cardstock in feminine prints. So I love that Becky wasn’t afraid to use more feminine patterns and embellishments on her layout. The colors, pulled from the photo, do the task of creating a bright and cheery mood while lending a boyish feel to the page. Don't forget to enter today's 601 book giveaway!
