Not only do I enjoy scrapbooking, but I also like finding new ways to use my scrapbook materials. Here’s an idea that will make your scrap paper look more elegant than you could’ve imagined! I got the idea for the necklace from the show Creative Juice a while ago, and I've been wanting to try out this technique ever since.
