Let's face it...chipboard sporting an adhesive backing generally do not stay put. Not a big deal really. Nothing a wee bit of liquid adhesive can't cure. So, I was playing with the new Amplified collection by American Crafts and ...
... their chipboard letters actually stuck! I didn't know what to do with myself!!? Zip Dry glue in one hand, a letter in another. It just didn't seem right to just stick it to the page. It seemed to defy physics ... it wasn't computing in my brain ... it must need more adhesive ... it just can't stick ... ! (Think "Something About Mary" here:: "No! No, no, not 6! I said 7. Nobody's comin' up with 6. Who works out in 6 minutes? You won't even get your heart goin, not even a mouse on a wheel. 7's the key number here. Think about it. 7-Elevens. 7 doors. 7, man, that's the number. 7 chipmunks twirlin' on a branch, eatin' lots of sunflowers on my uncle's ranch. You know that old children's tale from the sea. It's like you're dreamin' about Gorgonzola cheese when it's clearly Brie time, baby." ...and if you never seen the movie...just ignore and carry on ... I just quote movies for my own humor ;)
And really, less than tacky chipboard isn't a bother. It was just one of those pleasant surprises:D These new colors and designs of the Amplified series just make me smile:D Such a complement to my whack-a-do kidlets:D ...And chipboard that really sticks. Yahooooo-oo *read in commercial jingle voice*

[Layout designed for LifetimeMoments.com. I cut the American Craft Remark Accent Stickers into 2" squares and stuck them in a haphazard mosaic pattern on a piece of white cardstock.)
