Glittered Eggs
Here are a few more Easter decorations I created. This weekend I had to create some things for the girls for Easter or I was not going to be a very good mom come Easter Sunday.

These “Egg Gift Boxes” are perfect for altering. Below is an easy step-by-step tutorial if you want to make some for yourself or to give as a gift.
  1. Paint the inner and outer areas of the egg using Ranger Acrylic Paint Dabbers. I painted one Juniper and one Shell Pink. Allow to dry
  2. Cover the outer top and bottom of the painted egg with Mod Podge then cover with Coarse Glitter in Crystal. (I work in 1/4 sections) Allow to dry
  3. Line the outer edge of each box with a piece of Maya Road Cream Velvet Ric Rac
  4. Create a ribbon flower out of crepe paper, using a strong liquid glue place a vintage rhinestone button in the center
  5. Cut two leaves out of felt using pinking shears and accent with a back stitch using embroidery floss.
These will look so nice sitting on my table with the baskets I created over the weekend. It is finally starting to look like Spring in our house.

Wishing you a wonderful day.
Lisa
