Gel Medium and Paint
I love to use acrylic paint in my pages but I wanted a more textured look. I recently got a bottle of gel medium and tried to mix equal parts of the medium with paint. The result is paint that goes on thick without sacrificing the color of the paint. I waould like to share with you a layout I made using gel medium and acrylic paint. You can see the texture at the edges of the layout. I also tried this for stamping and I loved the texture and dimension of the stamped image as compared to an image stamped with ink.
Materials:
Papers, flowers, embellishments: Prima
Grungeboard letters: Tim Holtz
Gold Paint and Gel Medium
Gold Foil
have a fun creative day!

Iris...this is beautiful. I love the edge you created using and the grungeboard with the paint + gel looks so wonderful. Your choice of colors is so wonderful. Thanks for sharing your tip.
